Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Tokly, including creating, playing, publishing, remixing, and interacting with tiny playables.

Tokly lets people create and discover small playable experiences from prompts, optional images, and remixes. By using Tokly, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use Tokly. If you use Tokly for an organization, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these terms for that organization.

2. Accounts

  • Some features require a verified email account, including publishing, commenting, following, persistent state, and score submission.
  • You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity that happens through your account.
  • Tokly may refuse, suspend, or remove accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or create safety or security risks.

3. Your Content

Your content includes prompts, uploaded images, profile information, comments, playables, remixes, titles, descriptions, tags, covers, scores, and saved gameplay state.

You keep any rights you have in your content. You give Tokly a license to host, store, process, resize, transform, generate from, display, distribute, share, and make your content available as needed to operate Tokly. For public playables, that license includes showing the playable in feeds, public links, creator profiles, share cards, and remix surfaces.

If you make a playable remixable, you allow other Tokly users to create remixes from it. You can change remixability for playables you own, but remixes already created may remain available unless removed under these terms.

4. AI Generation

Tokly uses AI systems to generate playable code, resources, descriptions, and related assets from your instructions and optional uploaded images. Generated results may be inaccurate, incomplete, similar to other outputs, or unsuitable for publication.

You are responsible for reviewing generated playables before publishing or sharing them. Do not submit private, confidential, unlawful, or rights-infringing material to the generation system.

5. Acceptable Use

  • Do not create, upload, publish, comment, or share content that is illegal, sexually explicit, exploitative, hateful, harassing, threatening, spammy, deceptive, or graphically violent.
  • Do not infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other rights of others.
  • Do not upload malware, attempt to bypass Tokly sandboxing or content security controls, scrape the service, overload the API, evade rate limits, or interfere with other users.
  • Do not use Tokly to collect private information from players or to ask players for passwords, payment details, contact information, or other sensitive data inside a playable.

6. Public and Social Features

Public profiles, public playables, comments, likes, saves, follows, play counts, reports, remixes, and leaderboards help Tokly work as a community service. Other people may see and interact with these surfaces depending on the feature.

Sharing a public playable link may make the playable accessible outside the app. You should publish only content you are comfortable making public.

7. Moderation and Enforcement

Tokly may review reports, hide public playables after report thresholds, remove or restore playables, feature or unfeature playables, pin or remove comments, and ban or unban accounts. Tokly may take action without prior notice when needed to protect users, rights holders, or the service.

8. Third-Party Services

Tokly depends on service providers for AI generation, email delivery, hosting, storage, databases, and app platform functionality. Those services may have their own terms and policies.

Tokly public share links or generated playable content may include assets served from Tokly-controlled storage. Generated playables are intended to run inside Tokly-controlled runtime and security boundaries.

9. Payments

Tokly currently does not offer paid subscriptions, in-app purchases, or paid marketplace features. If Tokly adds paid features, the payment terms will be updated before those features are offered.

10. Availability and Changes

Tokly may change, pause, or discontinue features. Generation jobs, previews, share cards, feeds, comments, and leaderboards may fail or be delayed because of network, model, storage, moderation, or service-provider issues.

11. Disclaimers and Liability

Tokly is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Tokly disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Tokly will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or lost goodwill.

12. Termination

You may stop using Tokly at any time. Tokly may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create legal risk, or harm the service or other users. Some public content, moderation records, and backups may remain after termination as described in the Privacy Policy.
